Before co-founding DCP, Pierre-Emmanuel was a Global Emerging Markets Portfolio Manager at OFI Invest Asset Management, one of Europe’s leading investment houses with over €200 billion of assets under management. At OFI, he played a key role in deploying more than €400 million of institutional capital across 60+ emerging markets, managing both fixed income and equity strategies. Pierre-Emmanuel began his investment career in 2018 at AXA Investment Managers, where he focused on high-yield credit opportunities in China and the ASEAN region. He later joined Candriam, a New York Life company, as a Portfolio Manager responsible for over €6 billion across 13 money market and short-term credit funds.
Pierre-Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, as well as a certificate in Chinese language from National Taiwan University.

Rileigh Greutert brings nearly three years’ experience at U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), the U.S. sovereign DFI with nearly $12 billion in annual commitments. His work as an Analyst unlocked $229 million in DFI senior debt in health, agribusiness, mortgage lending and microfinance industries with loan tenors ranging up to 20 years. Prior to DFC, he served in the Congressional Research Service, directly advising U.S. members of Congress on international trade and finance issues.
Rileigh holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the London School of Economics (LSE), where he graduated with distinction, and a second Master’s in International Relations from Peking University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western Washington University. Rileigh holds a certificate in Chinese language from National Taiwan University.
